What a quote must contain
A professional quote includes: your details and ICE, client details, date and reference, detailed service description, amount ex-VAT, validity period, and payment terms.
For self-employed professionals, specify that VAT is not applicable. Indicate whether the quote covers a one-off mission or monthly retainer.
A quote accepted by the client (signature or written agreement) is a contractual commitment. Keep it with the corresponding invoice.
